Caregiving careers in the Central Valley
We hire licensed HCAs who take this work seriously, because we do too. Work that's respected, schedules that are honest, and a team led by a Nurse Practitioner who knows what good care looks like.

Caregiving is a profession. We treat it like one.
What working here actually looks like, from pay to the clinical team behind you.
Bi-weekly direct deposit
Reliable pay on a reliable schedule. No waiting, no guessing, no chasing checks.
Flexible scheduling
Tell us what hours work for your life. We build assignments around your availability, not the other way around.
Consistent client assignments
Whenever possible, you work with the same clients. You build real relationships instead of starting over every week.
Training and orientation
A structured orientation program before your first assignment, plus ongoing education on dementia, mobility, and personal care.
Branded scrubs provided
We supply your scrubs. You show up ready to work, and families know exactly who is at the door.
A clinical team that answers
When something on a shift does not look right, you call and a clinician picks up. You are never left to figure it out alone.

What we ask of every caregiver
What you need before your first shift. If you're missing one of these and not sure where to start, call us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Active California HCA registration
Home Care Aide registration through the Home Care Services Bureau.
Live Scan / DOJ background clearance
Required by California law for all home care aides. We can walk you through the process if you have not done it before.
TB clearance
A current negative TB test or clearance documentation.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
You will travel to client homes across the Fresno area, and some clients need rides to appointments and errands.
References
Professional references we can actually call. Past care experience helps, and so do managers who saw you show up on time.
One more thing worth knowing: our caregivers provide non-medical support. You'll help with personal care, companionship, and daily living, with medication reminders only. Care plans are designed by our clinical team, so you always know exactly what each visit involves.
Applying takes five minutes
Two ways to reach us. Both go straight to our team.
Email your resume
Send it to care@janeshomecare.comwith the subject line "Caregiver application". A short note about your experience helps, but a resume is enough to start.
Or just call
Call (559) 296-2189and tell us you're interested in caregiving work. We'll take it from there.
Good to know: interviews include a working session with our clinical lead. It's not a quiz. It's a chance for you to see how we work, and for us to see how you care.
Do work that matters, close to home
