Care, Inspired By Jane.

Jane believed care was something you gave quietly and personally. She put family first and carried that same sense of responsibility into the lives of others. Even as her own health declined, she continued to show up for people who were alone—bringing communion to elderly individuals in their homes and care communities. She came not to fix or rush, but simply to be present. To Jane, care was never a task to complete. It was about honoring people where they were, with patience, dignity, and respect.

That understanding of care shaped her granddaughter, Jessica, from an early age. Growing up, Jessica saw what it meant to serve others with consistency and quiet devotion. Long before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she learned that real care extends beyond physical needs—it is relational, steady, and deeply human. Jane’s example continues to guide how Jessica approaches leadership, responsibility, and the way people deserve to be treated during vulnerable seasons.

Jane’s Home Care exists to carry that legacy forward. It is rooted in the belief that care should feel personal, grounded, and trustworthy. Every decision is made with intention, every interaction approached with respect. This is care that shows up thoughtfully and remains present—so families feel supported and individuals feel seen, right where they are.

Jessica Cassidy is the founder of Jane’s Home Care and a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. She has spent more than 15 years in healthcare, beginning her career as a registered nurse in intensive care settings before moving into advanced practice.

Throughout her work—in hospitals, community settings, and overseas medical missions, including service aboard a U.S. Navy medical ship—Jessica has learned that effective care begins with listening. Each experience reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are and allowing care to be shaped by individual needs, routines, and circumstances.

Jessica brings perspective from both sides of care: as a medical provider and as a family member of someone who needed support. She understands the weight of inviting care into one’s home and the trust that decision requires. That understanding informs how she leads—thoughtfully, consistently, and with close attention to the people involved.

Her work is grounded in faith and a belief that caring for others is a responsibility carried with humility. Jane’s Home Care reflects this approach: care that is personal, steady, and guided by present leadership.

“Serve one another humbly in love.” — Galatians 5:13

Care that’s personal starts with a conversation.

Whether you're exploring care for yourself or someone you love, we'd be honored to connect. No obligation — just an honest conversation about what the right support might look like.
